- Once safari permits are booked, they are **non-refundable and non-transferable** as per government rules.
- Name or date changes are **not allowed** after permit generation.
- In case of park closure due to weather or forest department orders, alternate dates or partial refund may be offered depending on the situation.
- Cancellations made **7 days before check-in** are eligible for a **50% refund**.
- No refund for cancellations made **within 7 days** of check-in.
- Early check-out or no-shows are **not eligible** for any refund.
- If a booking error or duplicate payment is identified, please contact us within **24 hours**.
- Refunds in such cases are processed after verifying transaction details.
- Refunds are issued via the original mode of payment (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit card).
- Processing time may take **7–10 business days** depending on your bank.
